Military Fitness

Build soldier-grade strength, endurance and discipline using nothing but your body, a pair of boots and the will to show up every day.

Military Fitness is a complete bodyweight training program built on the methods used to prepare recruits for basic training and keep serving soldiers field-ready. There is no gym membership required and no complicated equipment list. Every session is built from movements that have survived a century of military physical training because they work: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, loaded carries, running and structured interval work.

The program is organised the way a training depot organises its syllabus. You start with the principles that make military PT effective, then master the core strength movements one at a time, with clear progressions from complete beginner to advanced standard. From there you build your engine with cardio and endurance blocks, sharpen your movement quality with functional and agility work, and finally put it all together in multi-day Missions that test everything you have learned.

Expect direct, no-nonsense coaching. Every lesson tells you exactly what to do, how to do it with correct form, how to scale it to your current level, and how to program it into your week. Whether you are preparing for a selection course, a fitness test, or simply want the kind of durable, practical fitness a soldier carries for life, this program will get you there one honest rep at a time.
